Hoe kan ik een photobooth boeken?
Je kunt een photobooth boeken via ons contactformulier of per e-mail. Geef je gewenste datum, locatie en eventtype door. Je ontvangt van ons een offerte en bevestiging.
Hoe weet ik of mijn datum beschikbaar is?
Je kunt de beschikbaarheid controleren door ons je gewenste datum te sturen via het contactformulier of een e-mail. Wij laten je zo snel mogelijk weten of wij nog beschikbaar zijn.
Hoe ver van tevoren moet ik boeken?
Wij raden aan om zo vroeg mogelijk te boeken om zeker te zijn van beschikbaarheid. Vooral in het hoogseizoen en tijdens weekenden zitten wij snel vol.

Is er een limiet op het aantal foto's dat gasten kunnen maken?
Nee, er is geen limiet. Gasten kunnen tijdens het event zo vaak foto’s maken als ze willen gedurende de huurperiode van de photobooth. Zo kan iedereen meerdere keren op de foto en alle leuke momenten vastleggen.

Wanneer wordt de photobooth geleverd?
Wij zorgen ervoor dat de photobooth ruim voor de start van het event wordt geleverd en opgebouwd. Zo staat alles klaar wanneer jullie gasten arriveren en kunnen zij meteen beginnen met foto’s maken. De exacte timing stemmen we vooraf met jullie en de locatie af.

Moet er iemand aanwezig zijn bij de levering en ophalen van de photobooth?
Ja, er dient iemand aanwezig te zijn bij zowel de levering als het ophalen van de photobooth. Zo weten we zeker dat we toegang hebben tot de locatie en de juiste plek voor de photobooth kunnen voorbereiden. Bij levering vragen we om een handtekening ter bevestiging dat de photobooth is geleverd, en bij het ophalen wordt opnieuw getekend om te bevestigen dat de photobooth weer is opgehaald.

Is er begeleiding aanwezig tijdens het event?
Dat hangt af van het pakket dat je kiest. Bij sommige pakketten is begeleiding inbegrepen, zodat alles soepel verloopt. Indien je voor een pakket hebt gekozen zonder begeleidingen geven wij duidelijke instructies mee om de photobooth te gebruiken.
Wat gebeurt er bij een technische probleem?
Wij zorgen voor ondersteuning tijdens het event. Mocht er een technisch probleem optreden, dan lossen wij dit zo snel mogelijk op of zorgen wij voor een passende oplossing.

Kan ik mijn boeking wijzigen?
Ja, wijzigingen zijn mogelijk in overleg en afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.
